While earning his medical degree, Dr. Goerig was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He then went on to complete his dermatology residency at the nationally recognized Department of Dermatology & Cutaneous Biology at Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia, where he received extensive training and education in all aspects of aesthetic, surgical, and medical dermatology.
Dr. Goerig is a board-certified dermatologist and a diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology. He’s also a founding member of the American Board of Medical Specialities and president of the Dermatologic Society of Orange County.
